We haven’t heard any reports that claim that Apple Pay has taken the world by storm, but we do know that the service has gained some dramatic market share in just a few months of service. These reports even mention that a good percentage of users are not just testing the service, but actually using it more than once over different purchases during the week. The biggest challenge that Apple faces is for Apple Pay to be flawless in its interaction with customers and payments, and new reports claim that there is a glitch that’s giving people a hard time.Apple Support forums are already flooded with over 70 posts on 5 pages of different complaints regarding the behavior of Apple Pay after users have had to restore their iPhone to factory settings. The report claims that users haven’t been able to restore their credit cards to Apple Pay after a full factory wipe. What’s even more interesting is that the users that have taken their devices to a Genius Bar for a check have left the store with a brand new iPhone, as Apple doesn’t seem to have a solution to the problem.Apple is planning a major expansion of Apple Pay in 2015, and hopefully this is a problem that can get resolved over the next few weeks.
